Shibari Workshop with Lahtnor This is a 2 day workshop focusing on going from floorwork up to the first suspension in a safe and structured way. 

During  these 2 days we will go through the basics for suspension for the  beginner - safety, suspension knots, handling and partial suspensions Body awareness such as warmup and stretch for rigger & model to  then test on your first suspension, this can also be rewarding for  those who have started suspensions to strengthen your basics of security  and body understanding required for suspensions 

you should bring about 6-10st 8 meter rope with you Carbine rings and slings (also available for loan) snacks, water bottle good clothes for tying type yoga piece 

times Friday from 6pm to 9pm Saturday at 10-13 

Previous knowledge Rigger: you should be familiar with 2 rope TK single / double column tie if you have tested various Suspensions that is a plus Model: you should know how your body reacts in ropes if you are unsure about your level please contact me, 

Price: SEK 1000 per couple for both days SEK 500 for one day (if you want to come alone contact me and we can arrange it)   (prepaid according to PM after registration) Reimbursement must be  submitted no later than 48 hours before Workshop for refunded fee  

The registration is made in pairs, Send first and last name in personal message for you and your rope partner to Lahtnor max 4 pairs first come first served 

It will be a  quiet event to make sure you get the most out of your time to be able to deepen your knowledge.
